AI Engineer

Awareson is seeking an AI Engineer to join a team focused on building production-grade AI solutions for complex business processes. You will work at the intersection of software engineering, LLMs, and agentic systems, designing AI agents that interact with enterprise systems and coordinate multi-step tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents capable of handling multi-step tasks and business workflows.
• Build reliable agent architectures combining LLM-based reasoning with conventional Python services.
• Develop APIs and integrations connecting AI solutions with enterprise applications.
• Build workflow orchestration using graph-based approaches, including state management.
• Improve the reliability, response time, and cost efficiency of AI-powered applications.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering experience with hands-on delivery of LLM or agent-based applications.
• Advanced Python skills, including asyncio, FastAPI, Pydantic, and pytest.
• Solid understanding of modern LLM development, including tool calling, structured outputs, and multi-agent architectures.
• Commercial experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or CrewAI.
• Practical knowledge of MCP, REST APIs, and modern authentication standards like OAuth2.
