AI Engineer

ALTEN Polska is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join an interdisciplinary product squad. You will take ownership of the design, development, and delivery of production-grade AI agent solutions, working fully remotely from Poland.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy production-ready AI agent functionality.
• Own the end-to-end integration of agentic components within existing platforms and infrastructure.
• Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Engineers to solve complex technical challenges.
• Ensure solutions align with AI governance, security, and IT compliance standards.
• Contribute to CI/CD, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with strong Python skills.
• Practical expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, and on-premise Kafka environments.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI solutions and agentic frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices, model serving platforms, and AI observability tools.
• Proficiency in English at a B2/B2+ level.
