AI Engineer

Senovo-It is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a dynamic FinTech project focused on designing, developing, and deploying advanced AI solutions. You will collaborate with architects and business stakeholders to build scalable GenAI applications and intelligent workflows that drive innovation within the financial sector.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Python.
• Build and optimize solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Implement and enhance agent-based AI systems and orchestration frameworks using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Monitor, evaluate, and improve model performance, quality, and reliability in production environments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience with strong expertise in Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and agentic orchestration.
• Proficiency in using LangChain and LangGraph for scalable AI workflows.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering, vector databases, and semantic search techniques.
• Proven track record of building and deploying production-grade AI applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and fluent English communication.
