AI Engineer

Simon-Kucher Core Business Services is seeking an AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will develop and implement cutting-edge AI-powered applications and intelligent agents that solve real-world business challenges, working alongside experienced consultants and data scientists to build production-ready solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Support the deployment and maintenance of AI applications using cloud-native infrastructure and modern AI services.
• Apply MLOps practices, including testing, monitoring, version control, and model evaluation.
• Translate complex business requirements into effective AI-enabled solutions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to solve commercial challenges in pricing, sales, and marketing.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or Machine Learning.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and building AI-powered applications.
• Practical knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and modern AI frameworks.
• Experience with cloud technologies, APIs, containers, and enterprise AI tools.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1+) and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
