AI Engineer

Remofirst is a rapidly growing global HR platform dedicated to simplifying hiring, compliance, and payroll for businesses worldwide. We are seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team at the intersection of engineering, AI innovation, and go-to-market execution to help us build the next generation of our product.

Key responsibilities

• Implement new AI features directly into our core products to enhance user experience.
• Build and maintain tools and frameworks that augment the capabilities of LLMs and VLMs.
• Develop AI automations and autonomous AI agents to streamline internal and external processes.
• Fine-tune and maintain AI models using the HuggingFace toolkit while monitoring performance.
• Conduct rapid research and development to move concepts from proof of concept to production.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with proficiency in Python; experience with Rust is a plus.
• 2–5 years of experience in the AI/ML space, with at least 2 years specifically focused on language models.
• Solid understanding of neural network theory and Transformer architecture.
• Proven track record of taking projects from idea to prototype and finally to production.
• Familiarity with the modern AI ecosystem, including MLOps, Guardrails, and AI agent frameworks.
