AI Engineer (LLM & Agentic Systems)

Experis Manpower Group is seeking a skilled AI Engineer to join our team and focus on building and scaling production-grade LLM solutions. You will be responsible for taking AI features from the initial concept phase through to full production, ensuring high performance, reliability, and observability for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Build end-to-end LLM applications utilizing LangGraph and FastAPI.
• Design complex agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and effective tool-calling solutions.
• Develop robust evaluation frameworks and regression tests to maintain high LLM quality.
• Monitor and debug production AI systems using advanced tracing and observability tools.
• Optimize system latency, token usage, and overall infrastructure costs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong background in backend development, including APIs, async programming, and testing.
• Proven track record of delivering and maintaining LLM solutions in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and RAG architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure, and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
• English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
