AI Engineer (Full-Stack)

Hire Overseas is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack AI Engineer to join our team. This role is designed for an experienced developer who builds production-grade AI systems and utilizes Claude Code as a primary, daily development tool to accelerate engineering workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Use Claude Code as your primary development tool for writing, refactoring, debugging, and shipping production code.
• Design and build full-stack AI systems, including automations, intelligent workflows, AI agents, and LLM-integrated products.
• Integrate AI services and automation layers into both backend and frontend systems while ensuring reliability.
• Develop and maintain frontend features and backend services that power AI-driven user experiences.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code while contributing to CI/CD pipelines and system observability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong full-stack background.
• Proven fluency in Claude Code, with daily usage in production environments.
• Demonstrated experience building and shipping full-stack AI systems, including agents or LLM-integrated workflows.
• Strong system design fundamentals, including experience with APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
• Product-oriented mindset with the ability to take full ownership of projects and execute without heavy oversight.
• Full availability during US business hours.
