AI Engineer | EMEA/LATAM

Starbridge is seeking a talented AI Engineer to join our team and help build the next generation of AI-powered systems. You will play a pivotal role in designing, evaluating, and deploying LLM-driven features that enable organizations to effectively analyze and act on complex public data.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to productize new AI capabilities, including AI-driven proposal writing and advanced search experiences.
• Evaluate and monitor the performance of AI models from providers like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Gemini through rigorous testing and experimentation.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research to proactively suggest improvements to our generative AI infrastructure.
• Implement robust testing and CI/CD practices to ensure reliable and high-performing AI system development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML development, including proficiency with Python and systems design.
• Strong background in machine learning algorithms, model development, and ML lifecycle tools such as MLflow or Weights & Biases.
• Proven track record of building scalable, distributed machine learning systems and deploying them in cloud environments.
• Ability to translate product requirements into effective LLM strategies and communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
