AI Engineer / Data Scientist (Azure AI & Microsoft Fabric)

emagine Polska is seeking an experienced AI Engineer or Data Scientist to join a large-scale digital transformation initiative. You will be responsible for designing and optimizing advanced AI-powered matching and recommendation engines within a public employment and workforce development domain, utilizing the latest Microsoft Azure technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and continuously improve AI-powered matching and recommendation engines.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Implement semantic search and advanced indexing capabilities with Azure AI Search.
• Develop matching, scoring, ranking, and recommendation algorithms for job and training pathways.
• Deploy and manage AI solutions across the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including Azure AI Foundry and Docker-based environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an AI Engineer, Data Scientist, or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Python, Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience designing and implementing AI-driven search, recommendation, or matching solutions.
• Knowledge of semantic search, indexing strategies, and machine learning-based matching techniques.
• Fluent French language skills are mandatory for this position.
