AI Engineer / Senior AI Engineer (Agentic AI, Python, RAG)

Awareson is seeking skilled AI Engineers and Senior AI Engineers to join international teams focused on developing advanced Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise clients. You will work on building production-ready applications, multi-agent systems, and sophisticated RAG architectures that support complex business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications powered by LLMs and Agentic AI.
• Build multi-agent systems and complex AI-driven workflows.
• Develop, implement, and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.
• Integrate AI components with external tools, APIs, and business systems.
• Ensure the quality, scalability, and reliability of production-grade AI solutions.

Requirements

• Strong Python programming skills with experience in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM-based solutions.
• Practical knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures and AI agents.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in enterprise-level projects.
• Very good English communication skills for international collaboration.
