AI Engineer / LLM Engineer (AI-First | TypeScript)

People More is a technology-driven company focused on building high-quality digital solutions for a diverse international client base. We are currently seeking an experienced AI Engineer / LLM Engineer to join our team and help us develop advanced agentic systems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and developing production-grade agentic systems and workflows powered by LLMs and multimodal models.
• Implementing complex features such as tool calling, routing, memory management, and structured outputs.
• Developing agent orchestration and multi-agent architectures while optimizing for cost and performance.
• Evaluating output quality and debugging agentic systems to ensure high reliability.
• Utilizing agentic coding as a core part of your daily engineering workflow.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with proficiency in TypeScript.
• Proven experience building production systems leveraging LLM-based workflows beyond simple RAG implementations.
• Deep understanding of modern agentic patterns including planner-executor models, sub-agents, and context management.
• Methodical approach to evaluations, tuning, and error tracking in AI systems.
• Practical experience with MCP, tool calling, and managing risks like prompt injection.
