AI Engineer - AI Model Integration Build (107-08SENG-01)

Cloudary is a cloud consulting firm that embeds expert engineers into high-performing teams to drive critical AI and data initiatives. We are seeking an AI Engineer to lead a focused model-integration project for a multi-cloud AI filmmaking platform, bridging the gap between data science and practical software engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and deploy a serverless proxy layer using AWS Lambda and API Gateway, provisioned via Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Extend six model integrations to support vertical aspect ratio parameters without disrupting existing prompt or camera controls.
• Build a direct REST API integration for SeedDance 2.5, ensuring seamless connectivity and authentication.
• Implement a content moderation pre-check using Amazon Bedrock to screen for sensitive or restricted content.
• Validate the end-to-end workflow from story ideation to final video export in a dedicated Beta environment.

Requirements

• Proven production experience with AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and IAM networking.
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code tools, specifically AWS CDK or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with Amazon Bedrock Guardrails or LLM-based classification for moderation.
• Expertise in wrapping third-party REST APIs into clean, production-ready service layers.
• Ability to work independently on a fixed-scope engagement while maintaining clear communication with clients.
