AI Enablement/Talent Development Specialist - Senior

SOFTSWISS is seeking a Senior AI Enablement and Talent Development Specialist to lead the integration of AI capabilities across the organization. This role sits within the Talent Development team and works closely with the AI Center of Excellence to translate technical AI advancements into practical, everyday business solutions for employees.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver comprehensive learning programs, workshops, and e-learning content focused on AI adoption.
• Guide employees in applying approved AI tools, agents, and automation to optimize their daily work processes.
• Translate complex technical AI concepts into clear, actionable guidance for non-technical teams.
• Partner with the AI Center of Excellence to identify practical use cases and support the development of an internal AI community.
• Ensure all learning materials incorporate essential guidance on data privacy, cybersecurity, and responsible AI usage.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in Talent Development, L&D, or digital learning roles.
• Proven experience using AI tools in a professional environment and familiarity with emerging technologies like AI agents.
• Strong ability to translate technical solutions into effective learning and adoption initiatives.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
• Professional proficiency in English and a solid understanding of information security principles.
