AI-Enabled Solution Engineer (PL)

Nordzucker AG is seeking an experienced AI-Enabled Solution Engineer to join our team in a fully remote capacity. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying modern business applications while leveraging AI-assisted development practices to drive operational excellence across our international manufacturing sites.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the company-wide reporting and analytics landscape for production and operational data.
• Design, develop, and maintain modern business applications using state-of-the-art software engineering practices.
• Establish a future-ready data ecosystem that enables secure and scalable access to operational information.
• Lead the implementation of AI-powered solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
• Manage the complete software delivery lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying business applications using the Microsoft technology stack.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, Blazor, ASP.NET Core, TypeScript, and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Demonstrated ability to utilize AI-assisted development tools and coding agents to maximize productivity.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, DevOps methodologies, and containerization.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
