Our client is a US-based provider of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) and Master Data Management (MDM) software for the financial services industry. Their platforms support critical data operations across capital markets, requiring high standards of data quality, governance, and regulatory compliance.

Project overview

The project focuses on building a governed enterprise AI platform that enables users to create intelligent agents, access organizational knowledge, and perform advanced data analysis using LLMs. The platform integrates multiple enterprise systems and emphasizes secure, auditable, and deterministic AI workflows.

You will work within a cross-functional engineering team that includes AI developers, backend engineers, data engineers, and domain experts. The team collaborates closely with business stakeholders to translate complex business and data requirements into scalable AI solutions.

Position overview

We are looking for an AI Developer to help build and scale AI-driven solutions within a governed enterprise AI platform for the financial services industry. In this role, you will design intelligent agents, develop reusable AI components, and integrate large language models (LLMs) with enterprise systems and data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop AI agents to automate workflows and support business decision-making

• Build reusable, deterministic AI components and services that encode business logic

• Integrate enterprise systems, including databases, APIs, Jira, Confluence, and knowledge bases

• Implement RAG-based solutions to ensure accurate, grounded, and auditable outputs

• Ensure compliance with governance, security, permissioning, and audit requirements

• Collaborate with technical and business teams on architecture and solution design

• Test, optimize, and scale AI solutions for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency

• Contribute to the development of secure and maintainable AI workflows and integrations

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience with Python or similar technologies

• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or ML-driven applications

• Experience integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms

• Understanding of data governance, security, lineage, and reliability principles

• Experience building scalable and maintainable backend services

• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, enterprise data management, or data-heavy domains

• Knowledge of semantic data modeling or knowledge graphs

• Experience with rules engines or workflow automation platforms

• Familiarity with enterprise AI governance and compliance requirements
