AI Developer Enablement

Ready4S is seeking an experienced AI Developer to design and deliver AI-powered solutions, agents, and reusable tools that enhance engineering productivity. You will work closely with development teams to automate repetitive tasks, improve access to technical knowledge, and build scalable AI capabilities that streamline daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale AI agents, assistants, and orchestration patterns tailored for software development.
• Create agent workflows that securely interact with repositories, knowledge sources, and CI/CD automation services.
• Partner with engineering teams to identify high-impact use cases and remove workflow bottlenecks.
• Develop reusable components including APIs, prompt libraries, and agent templates to support cross-team adoption.
• Embed responsible AI, security, and quality controls into all delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 10 years of experience in software development, platform engineering, or developer tooling.
• Hands-on expertise in building production-quality software, APIs, and automation frameworks.
• Proven experience designing AI-powered solutions such as RAG, agents, or workflow automation.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, security, and operational support.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering teams.
