AI Delivery Manager

Experis Manpower Group is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Manager to lead the industrialization and large-scale delivery of AI solutions across multiple teams. You will be responsible for ensuring that AI, ML, and GenAI solutions successfully transition from experimentation and pilot stages into reliable, secure, and scalable production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of AI, ML, and GenAI solutions across multiple business units.
• Establish and govern CI/CD, MLOps, and LLMOps delivery processes to ensure production readiness.
• Drive scalability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement of AI platforms and production services.
• Coordinate engineering, architecture, security, and business stakeholders to manage dependencies, risks, and release planning.
• Define and track delivery KPIs and operational metrics to support sustainable production operations.

Requirements

• Strong experience in AI/ML delivery, technical program management, or large-scale technology delivery in enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD pipelines, and production deployment practices.
• Proven ability to manage production readiness, release processes, and operational stability for complex technology solutions.
• Experience coordinating multiple technical teams and managing complex stakeholder expectations.
• Strong understanding of AI governance and enterprise delivery standards combined with excellent leadership skills.
