AI Delivery Manager

Itransition is seeking an experienced AI Delivery Manager to join our team and help clients implement practical, high-impact AI solutions. You will bridge the gap between complex technical AI capabilities and real-world business needs, ensuring successful project delivery from concept to production.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients on practical AI matters and translate strategic business plans into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Manage multiple complex workstreams across diverse business and technology domains simultaneously.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of AI solutions, utilizing your technical background to ensure production-ready deployments.
• Identify and introduce innovative AI tools that optimize employee workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Monitor the rapidly evolving AI landscape to evaluate and integrate emerging methodologies and technologies into our practice.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Solution Lead with a specific focus on AI-driven projects.
• Solid understanding of GenAI concepts, including LLMs, RAG, and automation, with the ability to apply them to business processes.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI-assisted engineering tools and agentic delivery approaches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
• Familiarity with various project delivery methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.
