AI Data Specialist - Polish

RWS Group is seeking dedicated AI Data Specialists to contribute to the improvement and development of AI-generated content in Polish. Key responsibilities

• Perform data collection, evaluation, and annotation tasks to improve AI model performance.
• Conduct pairwise comparisons to assess content quality.
• Execute counting tasks and perform object tagging and labeling across various media formats, including audio, video, and images.
• Ensure high-quality data processing to support machine learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Native-level fluency in Polish is essential for this role.
• Fluent or advanced proficiency in English (B2–C2 levels) to effectively manage tasks and communication.
• Prior experience in machine learning tasks, data collection, preprocessing, or quality assurance is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow complex annotation guidelines accurately.
