AI Consulting Domain Expert

micro1 is seeking an AI Consulting Domain Expert to join a customer-facing project dedicated to the evaluation and optimization of AI-driven outputs. In this role, you will leverage your professional expertise to train next-generation AI systems, ensuring they learn, reason, and perform at the highest standards through high-quality, real-world input.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and refine AI-generated responses to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with specific business objectives.
• Author, review, and enhance complex technical documentation, strategy reports, market analyses, and executive summaries.
• Develop and improve prompts for large language models by applying structured problem-solving and analytical rigor.
• Conduct detailed content reviews, quality assurance, and rubric-based assessments of AI-generated outputs.
• Provide professional, actionable written feedback and recommendations regarding AI performance and content suitability.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, corporate strategy, or business transformation.
• Demonstrated excellence in professional writing, business communication, and the creation of reports for senior audiences.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and independent research capabilities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and proven experience in technical or business editing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; advanced degrees such as an MBA, JD, or PhD are considered a plus.
