AI Automation Specialist

Emoti Group is looking for an AI Automation Specialist to join our dedicated AI Automation function. In this role, you will act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, transforming manual processes into efficient, automated workflows that empower our teams across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze team workflows to identify time-consuming tasks and determine the best automation strategy.
• Collaborate with process owners to define requirements, collect data, and build robust test sets.
• Develop and implement automation solutions using AI or rule-based scripts as appropriate.
• Provide documentation and ongoing support for implemented tools to ensure successful adoption.
• Serve as an internal expert, advising colleagues on AI tool usage, prompting techniques, and security guidelines.

Requirements

• Proven ability to integrate third-party services via APIs and extract data from documents like contracts or invoices.
• Proficiency in reading and understanding Python, SQL, and JSON, with strong general technical knowledge.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as Claude, Gemini, and various coding agents.
• Deep understanding of data security, GDPR compliance, and the risks associated with AI outputs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage work independently in a remote environment.
