AI Automation Manager (m/f/d)

We are currently seeking an AI Automation Manager to join our team and help us drive innovation by identifying, designing, and implementing intelligent automation solutions that streamline our business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process improvement.
• Design and implement AI-powered solutions and workflow automations using tools like n8n to reduce manual effort.
• Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of automations on efficiency, lead times, and costs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of automations, including documentation, monitoring, and error handling.
• Advise stakeholders on best practices and prioritize automation projects to align with business goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process automation, business analysis, or a similar role, preferably within e-commerce or retail.
• Strong technical proficiency with workflow automation tools such as n8n and the ability to integrate various systems.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources to drive decision-making.
• A hands-on, detail-oriented approach to managing business-critical workflows.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively in an international environment.
