AI Automation Engineer

Andersen is seeking an AI Automation Engineer to join a project focused on developing AI-driven automation solutions and enhancing business planning through scalable machine learning technologies. You will work with an international mobility service provider to improve strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate on ML initiatives from initial problem definition through to production deployment.
• Build and iterate on ML models using historical project data and metrics.
• Automate data collection and aggregation pipelines across various organizational divisions.
• Develop lightweight backend services and integrations to connect ML outputs to existing infrastructure.
• Validate business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in AI automation engineering or software engineering.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks such as LangChain or CrewAI.
• Proficiency in workflow automation tools like n8n, Make, or Zapier.
• Strong integration skills including Python, MySQL, REST APIs, and authentication protocols.
• Intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
