AI Architect/Senior AI Engineer

Link Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer or AI Solution Architect to join an international project focused on developing advanced AI-powered applications and enterprise automation. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our technical landscape by designing robust AI architectures and driving innovation across our systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable AI solutions tailored for complex enterprise applications.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI projects, taking them from initial Proof of Concept through to production deployment.
• Integrate sophisticated AI models into existing backend and frontend systems.
• Define and enforce AI architecture standards, best practices, and development methodologies.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and provide mentorship to engineering teams to foster technical growth.

Requirements

• Extensive commercial experience in AI Engineering or Solution Architecture.
• Hands-on expertise with LLMs, RAG, Generative AI, and AI automation workflows.
• Practical proficiency in tools and frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, and MLOps.
• Solid background in enterprise software architecture and system design.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English to work effectively in an international environment.
