AI Architect (Remote)

emagine Polska is seeking an experienced AI Architect to join our internal team and drive the development and execution of our AI strategy. You will play a pivotal role in shaping scalable, secure, and sustainable AI solutions, guiding initiatives from initial proof of concept through to full-scale production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with architecture teams to define AI solution architectures, technical designs, and reusable solution patterns.
• Establish integration approaches and architecture guardrails to ensure consistency across the AI portfolio.
• Provide architecture and design assurance throughout the entire lifecycle of AI initiatives.
• Develop technical decision records and governance materials to support strategic technology decisions.
• Assess AI solutions against enterprise architecture, security, and privacy standards.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of professional IT experience with a focus on solution or technical architecture.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering complex AI and machine learning architectures.
• Deep understanding of cloud-based solutions, data flows, API integration, and AI/ML patterns.
• Strong experience in defining architecture principles and technical guardrails within an enterprise environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
