AI Architect

Link Group is seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the technical direction and delivery of reusable capabilities for Claude Code. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and cutting-edge AI execution by designing robust, production-grade skills and platform standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define platform standards, including quality bars, design patterns, and shared infrastructure for AI skills.
• Own the long-term technical roadmap, including evaluation frameworks, release strategies, and integration patterns.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams through code reviews and architectural guidance.
• Design and implement production-ready Claude Code Skills, validation logic, and context assemblies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and translate complex workflows into executable instructions.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of modern AI patterns, including agentic workflows, Model Context Protocol, and tool use.
• Proven experience applying AI coding agent frameworks to complex software engineering or business automation problems.
• Solid background in building and maintaining production-quality software using Python or TypeScript.
• Demonstrated ability to design shared developer infrastructure and govern platform-level standards.
• Hands-on experience testing, debugging, and improving non-deterministic LLM-driven applications.
