AI Architect (Generative AI & Databricks)

Entrada AI is a specialized consulting partner and a strategic portfolio company of Databricks Ventures, recognized for excellence in deploying enterprise-scale GenAI solutions. We are seeking an experienced AI Architect to lead the design and implementation of an intelligent GenAI platform, bridging advanced LLM orchestration with production Lakehouse patterns to solve complex architectural challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Design and oversee end-to-end GenAI Lakehouse architecture on Databricks, transforming unstructured data into verified, ERP-ready tabular formats.
• Architect secure ingestion pipelines using Microsoft Graph API and PySpark to process multi-page documents into Unity Catalog Volumes.
• Lead the development of deterministic extraction workflows on Databricks Model Serving, enforcing strict schemas to ensure data accuracy.
• Implement a multi-layer anti-hallucination verification engine to ensure zero hallucinated data reaches production systems.
• Architect and deploy interactive Human-in-the-Loop review applications natively on Databricks Apps.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data architecture, or applied machine learning systems.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on the Databricks Lakehouse Platform.
• Proven track record as an Applied GenAI/LLMOps Architect building structured extraction pipelines and custom guardrail systems.
• Strong expertise in parsing semi-structured and unstructured business documents using Python and PySpark libraries.
• Solid background in Unity Catalog governance, data modeling, and enterprise identity integrations.
