- Analyze RFP/RFI documents, assess project feasibility, and build comprehensive technical proposals with cost and timeline breakdowns.
- Design end-to-end architectures for generative and classical AI systems, including agentic workflows and knowledge-grounded solutions.
- Define MLOps and LLMOps practices, including CI/CD for models, evaluation pipelines, and drift monitoring.
- Lead technical design reviews and mentor engineering teams on best practices for AI development.
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in software, data, or ML engineering, with 3+ years focused on AI/ML architecture at scale.
- Deep, production-level fluency in at least one major cloud AI ecosystem: Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Proven experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to present technical concepts to both C-level and engineering audiences.
- Strong hands-on skills in Python and practical experience with frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph.
- Solid understanding of transformer architectures and their impact on system design, latency, and cost.
What we offer
- Access to our AI Grant, providing a dedicated budget and two paid weeks to develop your own innovative AI projects.
- Collaboration within our AI Center of Excellence alongside specialists in agentic, generative, and discriminative AI.
- Full access to modern AI-powered development tools such as Claude, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.
- Exposure to a wide variety of enterprise-scale projects, ranging from manufacturing automation to autonomous systems.
- Support for professional development, including conference attendance and opportunities to speak at industry events.
