AI App Support & Implementation (15-23)

Harvey Nash Technology is seeking an AI Implementation Specialist to join an international AI and enterprise software provider. This role focuses on supporting and configuring advanced AI applications within a fully remote environment, working during the 15:00-23:00 shift.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and configure enterprise integrations with customer systems.
• Act as a consultant and advisor for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Serve as the main technical point of contact during customer implementations and migrations.
• Scope use cases and translate them into clear technical requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot integration issues independently while documenting setups.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in application implementation, integration, or technical support.
• Proven experience with AI tools or application implementation.
• Strong software troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently.
• Fluency in English and legal permission to work in Poland.
• Familiarity with enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, or BI is considered a strong asset.
