AI and Systems Integrations Lead

SBC is a global powerhouse in events, media, and technology, redefining the future of the gaming and fintech industries. We are looking for an AI and Systems Integrations Lead to design our cross-system integration architecture and pioneer the use of AI across our business.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the lead technical practitioner for systems integration, ensuring consistent data flow rules and integration patterns across the company.
• Maintain a comprehensive integration map and diagnose system connections to identify gaps, criticality, and fragility.
• Define and maintain integration standards, including API contracts, event schemas, and observability of data flows.
• Build integrations and AI features hands-on, including writing production code, designing APIs, and implementing data transformations.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of integration and AI initiatives, from solution design and testing to rollout and monitoring.
• Propagate AI knowledge and implementation practices to the development team to support broader technical growth.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience, with a strong track record in backend development or integration engineering.
• Strong hands-on coding skills in modern backend languages for production-ready scripts and data transformations.
• Deep understanding of web services, API contracts, webhooks, and event-driven architectures.
• Hands-on experience working with LLMs and AI APIs, with a solid understanding of secure integration into business processes.
• Ability to work independently as a technical lead, debug complex production issues, and take ownership of cross-system projects.
• Excellent English proficiency to collaborate effectively with our international team.
