Key responsibilities

• Evaluate and enhance AI model capabilities by applying your professional experience to real-world scenarios.
• Design, execute, and iterate agentic workflows that simulate critical professional processes to provide actionable insights.
• Analyze reasoning gaps, workflow limitations, and tool-use challenges in AI outputs, translating findings into constructive feedback.
• Develop comprehensive examples, test cases, and operational playbooks based on your domain expertise.
• Partner with research and product stakeholders to influence AI model development through nuanced feedback.

Requirements

• Extensive professional experience in fields such as Sales, Growth Product Management, Project Management, or Finance.
• Proven ability to integrate AI agents with productivity tools, business systems, and various data sources.
• Hands-on experience as a workflow builder, including designing and operating multi-tool agentic workflows using platforms like Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying AI performance gaps and proposing creative, domain-grounded solutions.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex process requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences.
