AI & Automation Engineer

Holisticon Insight is a data-focused technology and consulting company, part of the Nexer Group, dedicated to making organizations data-driven. We are currently seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to join a multi-year program for a global industrial client, focusing on transforming manual IT operations into AI-assisted, automated workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and build AI assistants and agents to eliminate manual tasks and enhance enterprise operations.
• Develop reusable solutions using GenAI, LLMs, APIs, and Infrastructure-as-Code tools like Ansible and Terraform.
• Implement RAG and agentic AI frameworks to integrate enterprise knowledge with systems such as ServiceNow and Azure.
• Apply AIOps practices including anomaly detection, predictive insights, and automated remediation.
• Manage the full lifecycle of solutions from proof-of-concept to secure, production-grade systems with proper observability.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise automation, AI/ML engineering, or platform engineering.
• Proficiency in Python or PowerShell, along with experience in Git and configuration management tools.
• Strong understanding of GenAI, LLMs, RAG, and modern AI platforms like Azure OpenAI or LangChain.
• Proven ability to deploy secure, production-ready systems within large enterprise environments.
• Excellent English communication skills for collaborating with both technical and business stakeholders.
