Agile Delivery Lead

Craftware is a technology company of over 500 experts, empowering large organizations to solve complex business challenges with modern IT solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Lead to join our team and help optimize delivery processes in a complex, multi-vendor environment.

Key responsibilities

• Map current ways of working and identify bottlenecks, priority conflicts, and unclear ownership across multiple delivery streams.
• Design and implement a robust backlog structure and prioritization framework that balances business-as-usual tasks with strategic project initiatives.
• Re-establish delivery fundamentals, including sprint cadence, estimation, refinement, and planning cycles.
• Introduce 90-day planning cycles and connect delivery activities to measurable business outcomes.
• Coach leadership and vendor teams on effective flow of work and document the target operating model.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Delivery Manager or Agile Delivery Lead in a multi-team, multi-vendor enterprise environment.
• Track record of designing and implementing end-to-end delivery transformations.
• Strong command of agile mechanics and hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing stakeholder demands and make effective allocation decisions.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken, to facilitate communication at the IT management level.
