Agile Coach for SAFe Transformation - Remote Europe (h/f)

emagine is looking for an experienced Agile Coach to join their team and drive agile adoption, scaling, and continuous improvement across technical and business teams. This is a unique opportunity to lead a SAFe transformation within a global environment, fostering a culture of transparency and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Educate and reinforce agile principles, values, and practices with team members, leaders, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Enable collaboration by improving communication, establishing communities of practice, and promoting a transparent workplace culture.
• Identify workflow blockers, perform root-cause analysis, and guide continuous improvement practices across the organization.
• Support and drive the broader organizational mindset shift toward agile ways of working.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Release Train Engineer (RTE), or SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC).
• Proven track record participating in or leading a SAFe transformation.
• Deep working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fluency in English.
