Agile Change Agent / Product Owner

Avenga is seeking a visionary Product Manager to lead the Finance Forecasting Hub, focusing on integrating advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI into financial planning processes. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of finance by bridging the gap between complex technical capabilities and strategic business value.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into a clear product roadmap and actionable backlog to guide a multidisciplinary squad.
• Collaborate across Finance AI, ERP, and IT departments to manage dependencies and align global solutions with local business requirements.
• Connect investment decisions directly to measurable business value while overseeing product budgets.
• Accelerate the delivery of scalable AI capabilities that enhance financial forecasting and planning accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven product leadership experience with deep expertise in Finance forecasting or FP&A processes.
• Strong background in Agile delivery methodologies and a solid understanding of advanced analytics, machine learning, and GenAI.
• Ability to navigate organizational complexity and engage senior stakeholders to make pragmatic, value-driven decisions.
• C1 level of English proficiency, enabling effective communication within a professional, international environment.
