Agentic Python Engineer

Evaboot is a bootstrapped, high-growth company generating over $2.2M in ARR, dedicated to transforming LinkedIn Sales Navigator searches into verified prospecting data. We are looking for an Agentic Python Engineer to join our lean, remote-first team and help us build the next generation of self-improving loops and agentic products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced agentic products, including SDR agents for sales navigation and automated outreach.
• Architect and implement self-improving loops across various domains such as coding, SEO, content generation, and analytics.
• Build robust company-wide systems focusing on memory management and internal tooling.
• Collaborate directly with the co-founder and CEO to drive product innovation and execution.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Python engineering with a focus on building scalable applications.
• Proven experience as a power user of agentic coding frameworks and methodologies.
• Ability to thrive in an intense execution environment with a focus on measurable results and KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a self-driven, autodidactic approach to learning new technologies.
