Udacity, an Accenture company, is seeking experienced Agentic AI Technical Mentors to join our global community as independent contractors. We are dedicated to bridging the talent gap in digital technologies and are looking for experts to support our learners in mastering cutting-edge AI skills.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 video sessions to provide personalized support and project feedback to learners.
• Lead virtual technical deep-dive sessions using presentations to clarify complex concepts and project requirements.
• Host group Q&A sessions to address learner queries regarding coursework and project implementation.
• Review learner project submissions to offer constructive guidance and ensure learning objectives are met.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional technical experience in relevant fields.
• Strong expertise in LLMs, prompt engineering, and agentic reasoning frameworks like CoT and ReAct.
• Hands-on experience building agentic workflows, including task routing, orchestration, and multi-agent systems.
• Proficiency in RAG-based agent systems, AI agent evaluation, and tool integration.
• Excellent communication skills with a passion for mentoring and fostering a positive learning environment.
