Agency Enablement Associate - Alia

Dotdigital is a global leader in marketing automation, and our platform Alia is a specialized engagement tool for Shopify and e-commerce brands. We are looking for an Agency Enablement Associate to join our partnerships team and serve as the primary point of contact for our agency partners, ensuring they have the support and resources needed to succeed.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to agency partner questions and issues via Slack throughout EST business hours.
• Support the onboarding and activation of new agency partners to ensure they become confident users of the platform.
• Troubleshoot partner issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Build strong relationships with agency partners, positioning Alia as a trusted partner.
• Identify recurring challenges and share insights to improve documentation, onboarding, and product development.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
