Afterhours Driver Support Specialist

Spotter Labs is looking for a dedicated Afterhours Driver Support Specialist to join our remote team. This role is essential for ensuring our drivers receive consistent, high-quality support during late-night hours and weekends, helping them navigate challenges and maintain smooth operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for drivers during night shifts, providing empathetic and efficient solutions to their concerns.
• Facilitate communication between dispatchers and drivers via internal channels to ensure timely assistance.
• Guide drivers through load, receiver, or shipper issues to keep operations on track.
• Utilize the company TMS to identify load details and coordinate with brokers to provide drivers with necessary directions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the logistics or transportation industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Tech-savvy approach with comfort in using various software tools and logistics systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly under pressure.
