Affiliate Manager | Propr.xyz

Propr.xyz is developing a cutting-edge operating system for prop firms, integrating blockchain technology to enhance efficiency across perpetual futures, prediction markets, and spot assets. We are seeking an exceptional Affiliate Manager to join our high-performance team and scale our affiliate operations to new heights.

Key responsibilities

• Build and scale the affiliate program by recruiting and managing a diverse roster of creators, finance sites, and sub-affiliate networks.
• Negotiate commercial terms, including rev-share and CPA structures, while managing payout schedules and reporting cadences.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to optimize landing pages, tracking links, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor program integrity by identifying and mitigating fraud such as cookie stuffing and multi-accounting.
• Ensure compliance with regional regulations regarding affiliate copy and geo-targeting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an affiliate program owner in sectors like fintech, crypto, or online trading.
• Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of LTV, CAC, ROI, and attribution modeling.
• Proven ability to negotiate competitive deals and manage complex affiliate relationships.
• Hands-on experience with industry-standard tracking platforms such as Affise, Everflow, or similar tools.
• Fluent written English with the ability to draft professional partner communications and contracts.
