Affiliate Manager - Poker

CoinPoker is an innovative crypto-poker platform that leverages advanced blockchain technology to provide a fast, secure, and transparent gaming experience. We are currently expanding our marketing team and seeking a dedicated Affiliate Manager to drive growth and manage our partner network.

Key responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and close new poker affiliate deals, structuring various commercial arrangements such as CPA and revenue share.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new affiliate opportunities while managing the day-to-day relationships with existing partners.
• Analyze deal-level and cohort-level performance, including traffic quality and rake generation, to optimize player longevity and net contribution.
• Report regularly on pipeline progress, book performance, and key market opportunities to senior management.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sourcing and closing poker affiliate deals with a deep understanding of poker player economics.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate deal structures and the ability to balance rakeback costs against long-term player value.
• Established network within the regional poker affiliate landscape or a demonstrated ability to build one quickly.
• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions regarding partner performance.
