Advisory Services Consultant

Groove Global LLC is seeking an Advisory Services Consultant to design and execute comprehensive Change Management strategies. In this role, you will align the human side of organizational change with new technologies and business processes, helping clients navigate complex transformations and integrate emerging AI capabilities into their workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a change advocate and coach to client leadership while creating strategies to support HR, Financial, and Student transformation initiatives.
• Design and implement change management deliverables, including readiness assessments, stakeholder analysis, communication plans, and training programs.
• Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases, translating capabilities into practical workflows to support the scaling of digital workers.
• Assess current organizational states and propose future models, defining the skills and capabilities required for new roles.
• Define and track adoption metrics, KPIs, and value realization measures to assess the impact of technology and AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Design, Change Management, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience implementing Workday or Eightfold applications.
• Proven experience developing change impact assessments and training plans for ERP or SaaS technology implementations.
• Demonstrated experience applying generative AI or AI-enabled software to improve business processes and organizational outcomes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders toward a common vision.
