Adoption and Change Management AI Consultant (f/m/x)

Join our team as an Adoption and Change Management AI Consultant and play a key role in helping organizations embrace AI-powered ways of working. In this role, you will drive the adoption of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, AI Agents, and Power Platform solutions by combining change management expertise with a strong understanding of modern workplace technologies. Working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams, you will transform innovative AI capabilities into tangible business value while enabling users to confidently adopt new ways of working.

Your tasks

• Developing and executing adoption and change management strategies for Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, and AI Agent solutions, from pilot initiatives to enterprise-wide rollouts

• Supporting business stakeholders by translating technical capabilities into practical business use cases and measurable business value

• Planning and delivering workshops, training sessions, and enablement programs for business users, power users, and IT teams

• Creating engaging learning materials, internal communication plans, and adoption campaigns to increase user engagement and solution adoption

• Building and maintaining long-term adoption frameworks, governance models, and initiatives supporting continuous digital skills development

• Advising clients on implementing, promoting, and maximizing the value of AI-powered solutions and modern workplace technologies

• Sharing knowledge and best practices during industry events, webinars, and conferences focused on Microsoft Copilot, AI, and digital transformation

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in project delivery related to technology adoption and organizational change management, preferably in the area of Microsoft Copilot, AI, or Microsoft 365

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate

• Practical experience building Power Apps (Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps) and working with Microsoft Dataverse

• Ability to collaborate effectively with executives, business leaders, and stakeholders across different levels of the organization

• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, and training sessions for business audiences

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with both clients and cross-functional project teams

• Advanced level of Polish and English
