Adjunct Faculty - Business Psychology - Online Campus

The Chicago School is an independent professional graduate school dedicated to preparing students to deliver outstanding professional services with a focus on diverse populations. We are currently seeking experienced HR practitioners to join our Business Psychology Department as adjunct faculty for our online master’s-level courses.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate online courses focused on HR and personnel psychology topics such as DEI, ethical guidelines, and performance appraisal.
• Engage students in meaningful discussions and provide substantive feedback on assignments.
• Maintain consistent communication with department administration, faculty, and students.
• Ensure course delivery aligns with the established syllabi and academic standards.

Requirements

• Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
• Proven work experience or training in the field of IO Psychology and related topics.
• Experience utilizing Learning Management Systems such as Canvas or Blackboard.
• Completion of training in online pedagogy or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong commitment to academic excellence, research, and the promotion of diversity.
