Accounts Payable Analyst

One Identity, a leader in identity security, is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our General Accounting team. This role is essential for managing day-to-day accounting activities and supporting the monthly financial close process within a dynamic, global organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Review and validate invoices for completeness and compliance with company policies.
• Support payment processing activities and resolve payment-related issues.
• Assist with vendor account reconciliations and month-end activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Finance Operations is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of Accounts Payable processes and accounting principles.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
