Accounting Sr. Analyst

We are currently seeking an Accounting Sr. Analyst to join our General Accounting team and take charge of the monthly accounting close process for the AMER region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage monthly accounting close processes, including preparing and posting journal entries and performing balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze financial statements and ledger activities, providing detailed variance analysis and fluctuation commentary.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate the audit process.
• Collaborate with the tax team to provide necessary documentation for tax submissions.
• Drive continuous process improvement and simplification projects while ensuring global compliance with corporate accounting policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or a relevant professional qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience, preferably within an accounting firm or a multinational corporation.
• Strong understanding of monthly accounting cycles, financial reporting procedures, and SOX compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Oracle systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
