Accounting Manager II

We are looking for an Accounting Manager to lead a team responsible for end-to-end accounting operations across assigned regions, ensuring financial excellence in a rapidly changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all financial requirements and reporting obligations are met for assigned countries.
• Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals by setting goals and providing constructive feedback.
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex accounting issues and guide the team in resolving them.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and internal controls.
• Support the Controller with monthly close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reviews.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an accounting firm or multinational corporation.
• Proven experience in a managerial or team lead role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or a recognized professional qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and policies.
• Proficient in the full close process, including journal entries, accruals, and expense distribution.
