Accounting & Priority ERP Specialist

We are currently seeking an Accounting & Priority ERP Specialist to join our team and help optimize our financial processes through the effective use of Priority ERP.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain consistent application within Priority ERP across all group companies, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation of journal entries.
• Identify inefficiencies in the current ERP setup and develop improved workflows to streamline financial operations.
• Provide guidance and knowledge sharing within the finance team to increase overall proficiency in Priority ERP.
• Review and validate all postings to ensure correct account coding and period allocation.
• Investigate and resolve reconciling items while proposing improvements to ensure data presentation aligns with IFRS standards.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of accounting experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior-level role.
• Strong, hands-on working knowledge of Priority ERP is essential for this position.
• Solid understanding of accounting standards and technical proficiency in the full month-end close cycle.
• Excellent spoken English and strong presentation skills to communicate effectively with the team.
• Experience managing accounting for US entities is considered a significant advantage.
