Accountant

KUBO is an international AI technology company specializing in advanced voice and audio solutions for global businesses and creators. We are currently seeking an experienced Accountant to take full ownership of accounting processes for our Polish entity while collaborating with our international teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for the Polish entity, ensuring full compliance with the Polish Accounting Act and internal policies.
• Coordinate adjustments between US GAAP and Polish statutory requirements.
• Collaborate with an external partner to implement and optimize the Polish NetSuite module.
• Prepare and review VAT registers, tax returns, and mandatory reports such as JPK_V7 and CIT.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, prepare financial statements, and manage communication with auditors.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in independently managing a company’s full accounting cycle.
• Strong practical knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations.
• Proven ability to design and establish accounting processes from scratch.
• Fluency in both Polish and English, with experience working in international environments.
• High level of independence, accountability, and a proactive approach to process improvement.
