Account Manager

Sperasoft is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our international team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their goals are met through proactive communication and high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong client relationships, ensuring a deep understanding of their business objectives and project needs.
• Drive peak performance and sales success by identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Oversee account P&L, financial analysis, and reporting to track key metrics and ensure project success.
• Negotiate and close agreements while preparing presentations to acquire new partnerships.
• Provide comprehensive service support, including handling invoicing, service issues, and client requests.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in account or partnership management within the game development industry.
• A four-year university degree.
• Proven track record in sales, business development, and winning new business in the high-tech or gamedev sectors.
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work professionally with all levels of stakeholders.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
